Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our premixes are food products, so we can't take back opened packs. If something is wrong with your order, we'll make it right.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel any time before your order ships and we'll refund the full amount. Once it has shipped, it can't be cancelled.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery: WhatsApp or call +91 93507 84240 with your order number and photos of the pack and the outer box.
We'll send a replacement or refund the item, whichever you prefer.
What we can't refund
Opened or partly used packs, unless the product was damaged or defective when it arrived.
Delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the UPI account you paid from, within 5–7 working days of approval.
